Assessments
Assessments span a range of possibilities
- evaluating organizational culture
- benchmarking the requirements of management and leadership positions
- assessing the behaviors, values, motivators and communication styles of team members
TPP
-The Thinking Pattern Profile (TPP) is built on a methodology that directly measures actual talent. It measures competency quickly and easily and accurately. And it is quietly being used by some of the best companies to close the performance gap.
It shows what a person pays attention to as they make decisions --- and also what they don't pay attention to. Therefore it provides a helpful indicator of the sources of a person's strengths and vulnerabilities.
Why the Thinking Pattern Profile:
Thoughts direct actions, and actions lead to results and feelings. New results come from new actions which are generated because of new thinking.
Thus the understanding of one's thinking style and process is the key to harnessing this power to achieve continuous improvement and excellent results. The Thinking Pattern Profile provides this understanding as no other instrument can.
What the Thinking Pattern Profile Measures:
Because it measures the pattern of decision-making which the person uses when processing information about the world and themselves, the Thinking Pattern Profile empowers both individuals and groups to identify strengths and blocks relating to the:
- people with whom they must work,
- tasks they are to perform,
- environment in which they work, and
- inner capacities involving confidence and self-esteem
- In short, the Thinking Pattern ProfileTM system measures the capacity, clarity, and balance that individuals and groups have regarding people, tasks, systems and themselves.

MBTI
- The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment is used for developing successful interpersonal skills or more productive work teams; the MBTI can improve the quality of business results and life for individuals, teams and organizations.
Often what is seen as a diversity issue in the workplace related to race, ethnicity or gender is actually a difference in preferred styles. MBTI offers understanding of individual differences and provides new ways to work and interact with others.
Organizational cultures have a style of their own, too. Individuals with a style different from the culture can experience judgment from others, especially supervisors and managers – leading to low morale, productivity, and retention.
The MBTI reaches across the globe in 21 languages to help:
- Improve individual and team performance,
- Nurture and retain top talent,
- Develop leadership at every level of an organization,
- Reduce workplace conflict, and
- Explore the world of work.
We deliver MBTI to individuals, teams and within Leadership Development Programs. We can provide the self-scoring or the on-line version, including Step II with a robust report of the individuals MBTI.
SDI
-The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) measures an individual's motivational value system both when things are going well, and when the person faces conflict or opposition. The SDI explores the motivations and values that underlie an individual’s behaviors. The SDI® was developed by Dr. Elias H. Porter.
The applications of the SDI for you or your organization include the following:
- Building an awareness of self and others - Learn how to influence others by improving your communication, relationship-building and management skills
- Leadership development- Learn more about yourself and how to leverage your hidden strengths to lead others with impact. Enhance your ability to respond to change, support others during change, and manage a significant change process.
- Team building- Learn how to develop competencies, tools, and techniques to enhance team performance and discover new ways to maximize participation, build consensus, reduce conflict, and move past typical stumbling blocks.
This is an excellent tool to help you understand your own motivations, as well as the motivations of others.
DiSC
-helps teams and individuals develop an understanding of their different behavioral styles.
The DiSC is a language that is:
- Observable – how we act
- Universal – no barriers
- Neutral – no right or wrong
- Silent – different strokes
Our unexamined behaviors (responses and unconscious reactions) with people and situations may limit our ability to lead and manage or communicate effectively with others.
