I had the amazing opportunity to participate in Eric Kaufmann's "Leadership Architecture". The experience has changed who I am as a leader and deepened my awareness of who I am as a person. The program allowed me to gain insights on communication, coaching, and style.

Eric is a true inspiration. He brought great insight and humor to the program. Eric has a wonderful calming approach that allows you to take a step back and really draw from the program itself. Every interaction I had with Eric made me a better leader..... I couldn't thank him enough!!!

Through "Leadership Architecture" and Eric's guidance I was able to explore many facets of being a leader and as a result I felt more confident in my leadership role. I know that I can guide my team through uncertain times to achieve our desired results!! Thanks Eric!
