Eric is president of Insight Consulting and draws on 19 years of successful experience in sales, management, and training; at 3M/Lanier Eric proved himself as a business development leader, and at Corning Clinical Laboratories he demonstrated breakthrough and results driven leadership.
Eric teaches leadership development at San Diego State University and Cal State San Marcos. He is a Group Chair and Speaker for Vistage, the worlds largest CEO membership organization. Eric also instructs for the SDSU certificate in business and executive coaching.
Eric combines 21 years of Zen meditation practice with a BA in International Business and graduate education in Clinical Psychology. He is a Certified Management Consultant and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. A native of Israel, and having lived, worked and studied in Africa, the Middle East and U.S.A., Eric brings a diverse and global perspective to his work.
DJ King, MSPA skilled communicator with a psychology background, DJ King has extensive experience facilitating, coaching and training individuals and groups to achieve clarity in their thinking and decision-making. Through her journalism and research experience, she has developed excellent skills in gathering and synthesizing data to provide clear, concise objectives that can easily be turned into action. She specializes in analysis, systems development, problem solving, and strategic planning.
DJ holds a BS in communication and a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology. In 15 years as a consultant to technology, business and non-profits, DJ has worked with numerous organizations facilitating strategic thinking and providing leadership and business coaching.
Her background in theatre arts, psychology and adult learning makes her a confident and engaging facilitator who understands human dynamics. An organized thinker who sees the big picture and how tasks naturally flow to support it, DJ supports clients in developing procedures, systems, and relationships. The result of her interaction is more efficient workflow, increased trust and morale, and greater control over project management.
Susan Curtin, MS, CEAPAn Award winning organization development professional with over 22 years of experience assisting organizations with employee engagement, development and succession planning; Ms. Curtin’s efforts have resulted in providing qualified, motivated internal pools of candidates to fill current and future openings within the organizations she has served.
Her extensive background in creating and implementing new programs, supported by her ability to accurately assess organizations’ needs and work with internal stakeholders to move ideas into action, results in highly successful programs that exceed stated objectives.
